Love the pattern, great service. Can't wait to have a go at my first try on a circular needle!

I have knitted the one with all the beautiful coulours, and I think it is just lovely. I get a lot of compliments when I wear it. Please pass the compliments on to designer Vedis Jonsdottir. Greetings from Norway, Margrethe Beck

Loved the pattern.
It's being knitted in different sizes for a little man who loves his penguins by various family members.
We're substituting the wool as he is a mucky pup and his clothes spend a lot of time in eashing machine land.

Beautiful pattern, which I‘ve already made four times. I have a few more planned, because everyone says they‘d like one themselves. I think it‘s one of the most popular Lopapeysa patterns, and there‘s a very good reason for that- the pattern and the colors are beautiful with the Lopi wool!

I’m knitting it in different colours, and it looks awesome!

I bought the yarn on my recent trip to Iceland, and chose this pattern for my husband. Good range of sizes. Working with plötulopi has been easy - the two strands twist as knitted off the plate and the result is strong but soft and airy. The colors remind me of Iceland’s basalt mountains and snow. Usually I am a top-down knitter but am appreciating the Icelandic method of saving the most interesting part - the yoke - until the end.
