Good pattern
I loved this pattern the moment I saw it and knew immediately that it represented Hallsgrímskirkja. We had a planned expedition cruise to Greenland with a starting point of the Reykjavik harbor, so Reykjavik was the perfect place to buy my yarn! I chose the same colors as to me they reminded me of cold, snowy days in Iceland. The pattern was easy to follow, though the top of the thumbs could be confusing since there were 2 stitches left over at the end of rounds. I simply knit 2 together to get correct stitch count, which was gratefully added.
Great pattern and fun to knit! I used leftover plutolopi double and kid silk. They came out fabulous and were gone as soon as I had the ends woven in.
