I absolutely loved working on this jumper, and am now the proud owner of a version in green tones, reflecting my local location of coastal West Wales. The pattern was easy to follow, and using Plotulopi for the first time was a steep learning curve! I needed to use tapestry wool in a matching colour for grafting the underarms, but that was the only adaptation I made. The jumper is now not off my back!
Beautiful design in Plötulopi. I especially love the different shades of blue and white, and waves as the yoke design make a different and interesting new pattern me. Plötulopi is fragile and not always easy to work with, but it makes a beautiful colored fabric, depending on which two or three strands you use together. I'd love to see more patterns like this one with a newer twist to the design.
Totalt in love with this pattern
The most beautiful pattern I have ever worked on from lopi. I am making 2 more of them.
