Description

The 12-14 pattern is designed by Guðrún Jónsdóttir with Icelandic Álafosslopi yarn. Included are instructions for the black sweater and hat (see recipe 12-18 for the grey sweater).

Note

Body and sleeves are worked in the round from lower edge to underarms.

Gauge

13 sts and 18 rows to 10 cm measured over st st using 6 mm needles.

Needles

4½ mm (Old UK 7) (US 7) twin pin, 80 cm.
6 mm (Old UK 4) (US 10) twin pin, 40 cm and 80 cm.
4½ mm double pointed needles.
Stitch holders.
